Implementing and Maintaining ISO 9001:2008 |
Delegates are familiarised with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and are taken through the stages of implementation of quality management systems. Document examples are made available and delegates are equipped to effectively implement a quality management system, applying the PDCA methodology suggested by ISO 9001. The course is suitable for any staff member involved with implementation or maintenance of a quality management system. |

Internal Quality Auditing |
This practical course is based on ISO 19011 and will enable delegates to perform audits in a professional manner, making use of audit plans, checklists and audit reporting.
