Introduction to ISO 9001:2008

This course is a practical and comprehensive overview of the requirements of ISO 9001 quality management systems. The eight quality management principles and their relation to ISO 9001 requirements are explained. It is suitable for managers and supervisory staff.

Implementing and Maintaining ISO 9001:2008

Delegates are familiarised with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and are taken through the stages of implementation of quality management systems. Document examples are made available and delegates are equipped to effectively implement a quality management system, applying the PDCA methodology suggested by ISO 9001. The course is suitable for any staff member involved with implementation or maintenance of a quality management system.

Internal Quality Auditing

This practical course is based on ISO 19011 and will enable delegates to perform audits in a professional manner, making use of audit plans, checklists and audit reporting. The course covers recording of nonconformities and reporting audit results and is aimed at equipping audit team members to perform audits effectively in order to assist with continual improvement in the organisation.
